Happy Week 20! I’m back on the East Coast but still on West Coast time. I’m in no rush to adjust… I’ll keep the remnants and memories of time well spent close to me, even if I’m really tired and haven’t fully adjusted to what day it actually is.

Take a walk. Feeling differently could be simple but we’d rather make it hard. There are many ways to manage feelings and regulate but walking is one of the simplest. We’ve made pacing seem like a ‘crazy’ thing to do it but there’s something to it. When not taken too far, it can aid in burning the ‘fight or flight’ energy and provide grounded, rhythmic movement. And now with more temperate weather, an outdoor walk in the sun can help reset what might otherwise be a moment.

😏 Unrelated Musings
Latto aka Big Mama had her baby. Now I need to know the baby’s name! I don’t know why it interests me so much but baby celebs need good names and I have a feeling she won’t disappoint.
My favorite possible self writes another blog post in approximately one week! My mantra says I follow through, so I must! See you there!
